Innova – Purchasing, Warranties, & Returns

Ordering from Innova

Innova will provide you with a formal written price quote to confirm any informal verbal or emailed price. This can be sent via email, fax, or postal mail. Due to our business nature, all quoted equipment is subject to availability and prior sale.

We also collaborate with customers who have medical equipment for trade-in. Ask your Innova representative about this option.

When you’re ready to order, please contact us to confirm current prices, payment terms, availability, and delivery times for your medical equipment or accessories. Whenever possible, we prefer a printed purchase order to ensure smooth processing of your order.

Warranty Protection

This warranty from Innova replaces all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. Statements or claims made by our staff about the product do not constitute a warranty from Innova or create any liability or obligation on our part.

Innova warranties its equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use with proper maintenance. Warranty duration varies by product, so please check with your Innova representative for specific coverage details. For items like plastics, rubber, or other consumables, we guarantee they are free from defects at the time of purchase.

Innova will repair or replace any defective items or parts covered under warranty if returned within the warranty period. To process your claim, we need the following: RMA number (from Innova), a description of the issue, serial number, and a copy of the invoice. If you don’t have an invoice, provide your name, purchase date, phone number, and address.

Items damaged during shipping are not covered under warranty and will be repaired at a cost. Please contact your shipping company to file claims for shipping damage.

Please don’t have your equipment repaired by a third party without our written authorization, as this may void your warranty.

Extended Warranty Available

In some regions, where we have trained and certified Authorized Service Representatives, we may offer an Extended Warranty for your equipment. After our warranty expires, you can get preventive maintenance and repairs from the original manufacturer or another organization of your choice.

Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by an Innova customer service representative and have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You’ll need to provide:

  • Reason for return
  • Product model number and quantity
  • Customer name and a copy of the sales order or invoice

Eligibility

Returns due to customer error will only be accepted within 30 days of the original shipment date, with a 40% restocking fee. Merchandise must be properly packed in the original shipping box, if possible, to avoid damage during return shipping. Credit won’t be issued for items damaged due to improper packaging or freight damage.

You must get an RMA number from an Innova representative and clearly display it on the package exterior. Innova reserves the right to decide whether to accept an item for warranty return, due to quality issues, or as damaged goods.

Charges and Handling of Credits

All returns, regardless of reason, are subject to a 40% handling/restocking fee. Returns undergo inspection before issuing credit.

An additional 20% fee applies to returned items with customer markings, stickers, or requiring repackaging for resale.

Freight/shipping charges for returned merchandise won’t be credited. Return freight must be prepaid; we won’t accept collect shipments.

Innova lists popular medical and surgical equipment on the market. New items are typically in stock. Inventory of used and refurbished items varies and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our team checks availability from Innova and other industry partners. If a specific item isn’t available, we’ll offer a suitable replacement.

Product Information and Photos

Items on the website are for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information current, occasional updates may be pending. Base your purchase decision on information from your Innova sales representative. Product descriptions may differ from the configuration quoted by your sales rep. The product image is a representation, not the actual item in stock. Contact your sales rep for actual photos if needed.

Prices and Quotes

Prices quoted in writing are firm for orders placed within 60 days of the quote date, for shipment within 6 months. For orders not shipping within 6 months, prices are as per current rates at shipment, unless agreed otherwise at order placement. Prices are F.O.B. Shipping Point, in U.S. dollars.
